Relaxing travel options – Getting to the 51^st PSI Trade Show in Düsseldorf

We would like your trip to Düsseldorf – and your stay there – to be as stress-free and comfortable as possible. Which is why we in the PSI Travel Centre have made all the necessary preparations to ensure a relaxed trip to the event! The Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre is easy to reach by public transport. We’ve put together all the necessary information for you here.

By Car

• Coming from the north? Take the A1 Autobahn from Hamburg-Bremen or the A2 from Hanover.
• From the East take the A44 from Kassel.
• Coming from the South take the A3 from Frankfurt.
• If travelling from the West take the A44 and A46 via Aachen from Belgium, Luxembourg or southern Netherlands; from the northern Netherlands use the A3, A44, A52 or A61.
• The motorways and roads to Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre (Messe Düsseldorf) are clearly signposted, making it easy to find your way by car.

Roughly 40 airlines operate scheduled flights and 30 airlines operate charter flights into and out of Düsseldorf, ensuring regular and rapid connections. It takes just 11 minutes to get to the Central Station in Düsseldorf from the U-Bahn (underground) station at the airport. The trains run every 20 minutes. There are shuttle buses to Düsseldorf, Essen, Krefeld and Ratingen.

When trade fairs are on, special bus services run between the airport and the exhibition centre. Many hotels also offer a pick-up and drop-off service to and from Düsseldorf Airport. The number 869 bus takes you to the exhibition centre entrances in 10 minutes. It is only 8 minutes by taxi to the exhibition centre.
